  My uncle 81 years old was sold a smartphone from this store about two months ago, he has no ability to learn to use this phone. Today I brought him in to help clear up another problem he was having with the phone (emergency calls only). I allowed my uncle to try to explain the problem, which he could not because he was incoherent just like he was 2 months ago. The gentlemen who we saw today is the same man who sold my uncle the phone, I suggested to him that he should not be selling phones to people when it is pretty clear they will only have trouble using advanced technology and a simpler phone would have been better. When someone takes advantage of a child or and elderly person we genneraly label these types of people or companies predators.
