  I will never use their print shop ever again, the last couple of times I have used the website to order for pick up in store has been a disaster. They either never got an "alert" that it was sent, making me wait hours after I came to get it (which I do wait the 4 hours to go in store like they suggestion btw) or their machine is broken and they never call me, or if they do they call HOURS after the order was placed. Very unprofessional and not worth it.
